1890 Rockwall
This building at 102 S. Goliad was built in 1890, and at that time housed the First National Bank. It now features the Alante Salon And Spa. Also Artists Gallery On The Square was located on the third floor of this building. I took this photograph on the morning of St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 2016.
